Wyevale has appointed Anthony Jones as its new Chief Financial Officer. Jones will replace Nils Steinmeyer who will remain at the company for a three month handover period.
Jones was formerly at Waterford-Wedgwood-Royal Doulton a private equity business where he assisted with its restructure and turnaround.
While Steinmeyer has been with the business for almost three years, recently appointed Chief Executive Rodger McLaughlan is pleased to have Jones join the board.
“I‘m very pleased that Anthony Jones will join us, taking on the role of CFO. Anthony has over 20 years of experience within a range of retail and consumer environments and he brings a wealth of experience to WGC that extends across business transformation, in addition to finance” said Mclaughlan.
“Nils has been instrumental in the transformation of WGC during his tenure and I‘d like to thank him for his significant contribution and efforts in positioning the business for its next phase of growth” added the business‘ Chairman Stephen Murphy.
This month TV Gardener Christine Walkden and Baby Bio Outdoor will be visiting Wyevale Centres across the country.
