The brand new Dixons Carphone flagship store on London’s Oxford Street has one of the biggest digital feature walls seen in a retail outlet  almost 50 sq m of LED panels spread across 14 screens, to be exact.

The new store, which opened last week, merges the company’s PC World, Currys and Carphone Warehouse brands together under one roof, across two floors and a 6000 sq ft footprint.

Dixons Carphone chose Dynamo LED to install the 14 LED video displays at their new Oxford Street outlet which includes nine screens just for the display window and now claim it to be the largest digital display in the iconic high street destination.

The new store is also of Dixon Carphones’ 273 across the UK that merges all three brands and products. The company is also aiming to invest more than £50 million to open 300 by the end of Christmas.

“I‘m very excited to be opening our new Oxford Street store, which brings together our latest thinking in Currys, PC World and Carphone Warehouse on the high street,” Dixons Carphone group chief executive Seb James said.

“Oxford Street is one of the most iconic shopping destinations in the world and it seems apt that we are launching a flagship store here.”
