Oxford Street’s famous festive light display has returned for 2022, using energy-efficient LED bulbs as well as reduced operating hours this year in a bid to be more sustainable.

The world famous retail destination has lowered its energy usage by two-thirds and the switch on, which took place on November 2, is using 300,000 recycled polymer LED lights, saving 75% more energy than regular light bulbs and will be reused in the future.
