Dunelm strengthens executive team with new hires

Homeware retailer Dunelm has bolstered its executive team with two new hires to support the next phase of its growth.

Laura Harricks has been appointed chief customer officer (CCO) and will join the business in early March.

She was previously CCO at Ocado Retail and also worked at Monsoon Accessorize and Currys.



Caroline Angell joins Dunelm as chief people officer (CPO) with immediate effect.

She has held a number of people-focused roles within the retail sector, including working at Kingfisher, Currys and Sainsbury’s.

Dunelm CEO Clo Moriarty said: “As we build and execute our growth plans at pace, it’s fantastic to welcome Laura and Caroline into our Executive Team.

“Our colleagues are what make Dunelm so special, and we know how important they will be in taking the business to the next level.”

She added: “I’m thrilled to welcome them both to The Home of Homes and look forward to working with them.”
