Hotel Chocolat is launching a new space at White Rose Shopping Centre in Leeds.
The new site will combine a luxury retail store with a dedicated Velvetiser Café, allowing guests to “explore cacao in all its forms”.
The Velvetiser Café will serve bakes and cakes inspired by the retailer’s most-loved chocolates, which are designed to pair perfectly with the drinks menu.
Visitors can choose from 19 core hot drinking chocolate flavours, limited-edition seasonal specials, as well as six iced drinking chocolates, all of which can be served as choc shakes.
Each drink can be tailored with dairy or plant-based alternatives and finished with a choice of toppings, including the company’s signature cacao whip.
Hotel Chocolat district manager Lydia Davies said: “We’re thrilled to be bringing the Hotel Chocolat store and Velvetiser Café experience to White Rose.
“Our boutique and café concepts are designed to offer a relaxing, experience-led shopping journey where people can immerse themselves in the world of cacao and enjoy our signature drinks and treats at a leisurely pace.”
White Rose Shopping Centre centre director Steven Foster added: “Hotel Chocolat is a brilliant addition to the centre, with an extensive range of premium chocolates to browse and a welcoming café for guests to enjoy.
“It shows great confidence in White Rose that such notable brands continue to join our retail mix, offering even more choice to guests.
“We look forward to sharing an opening date for Hotel Chocolat soon.”
