FatFace is opening a new store in Altrincham this autumn, bringing the fashion brand to the town for the first time.
The new 1,550 sq ft shop will be based in Stamford Quarter shopping district and will create six new jobs.
It will stock “iconic items” from the retailer’s core range and newest winter collection, featuring seasonal knitwear, nightwear, occasionwear and gifting.
The collection also includes FatFace’s latest collaboration with the V&A, inspired by “the whimsical world of wonderland”.
FatFace stores director Karen Johnston said: “We are excited to be opening our new store in Greater Manchester.
“Altrincham has a thriving retail environment with a mix of independent and established brands, making it a great fit for FatFace.
“We’re looking forward to becoming part of the local community and welcoming customers through our doors.”
The news comes after FatFace expanded its partnership with German ecommerce company Zalando in May, launching across 20 additional European markets on the platform.
The rollout included major markets such as France, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands, alongside Central and Eastern European territories such as Poland, Romania and Hungary.
