Reiss has welcomed former Mothercare group product director Karl Doyle to take on the role of group trading director.
According to Drapers, Doyle is set to start next week and will report directly to Reiss chief executive Christos Angelides, who he had previously worked with him during his time as head of merchandising at Next.
Doyle joins the fashion retailer after spending three years at Mothercare as both executive group product director and executive group trading director.
Prior to his role at Mothercare, he spent a year as executive group product director at Shop Direct and an eight-year stint as trading director at Marks & Spencer.
Reiss hired Next veteran Angelides in February to succeed the company‘s founder David Reiss.
Since then Angelides has made a string of hires, including many from his former company Next, where he spent 28 years.
