Topshop, the well-known Arcadia fashion chain, has today agreed to take a 10 year lease on the ex HMV 8,245 sq ft store in Kingsgate, Huddersfield.

The deal will bring Kingsgate to full occupation and increases and improves the amount of fashion within the Centre.

Peter Everest of Landlord, WD Huddersfield said “We are delighted that Topshop are joining the fantastic line up of fashion that we have within Kingsgate, one of the principal fashion locations within Yorkshire. In today‘s difficult market it is great news that we have been able to immediately re-let HMV to a retailer of the quality of Topshop.”

The new Topshop store will be open in September and will comprise two levels of trading.
