Vintage store Designer Jumble has opened a pop-up shop at Westfield Stratford City which will run until 1 June 2014.

The 1291 sq ft store on ‘The Street‘ will sell premium second-hand and vintage clothes from Chanel, Prada and Gucci at prices for as low as £5.

“February is an important time in the world of fashion, where craftsmanship and design take centre stage. We hope that Designer sustainable and affordable ethos will excite our customers,” commented Westfield‘s UK & Europe Marketing Director Myf Ryan.

The pop-up shop follows residency‘s in Marylebone, Camden, Holborn and Willesden Green last year.

Abi Chisman, who sourced and vetted all the items said she had chosen clothes that were “made to last.”

“We aim to have something for all sizes, all ages and all budgets, and sell these high fashion brands in a friendly, unintimidating environment, purposefully reminiscent of a jumble sale,” she said.

Earlier this month designer Marc Jacobs opened a new pop-up store in Manhattan which uses social currency such as Likes, Tweets and Instagram photos in exchange for handbags, perfume and necklaces.

Designer Jumble launched its first popup shop, selling second-hand designer clothes and accessories, in December 2012, when retail agent Farebrother awarded them a free space on the prestigious Lambs Conduit Street.
