Luxury brand IRO is to open a flagship store in Brompton Cross, West London as it joins a host of high-end retailers in the area.

The French fashion brand, which has 76 outlets and 10 stores across the USA, Europe and the UAE, will open a 1,500 sq ft store this summer. It has hired property agent Cushman & Wakefield to find more suitable locations across London.

Other retailers such as Philip Lim, Carven, Carolina Herrera, J Crew Women, Maje and Sandro will also open stores the area.

Natalie Lintott, partner in Cushman & Wakefield‘s central London retail team, said Brompton Cross is “London‘s newest luxury address.”

“IRO‘s edgy appeal will ensure success in Brompton Cross – the brand fits perfectly into the eclectic and upmarket tenant mix in the area,” she said. “Brompton Cross has gone from strength-to-strength in recent years and is now firmly positioned as London‘s ‘fourth luxury destination‘.”
