American teen fashion brand Forever 21 will be reviewing its UK estate as it struggles to keep afloat in the British market, according to Drapers.

The high street retailer currently has stores at Birmingham Bullring, Bluewater shopping centre, Liverpool city centre and on London‘s Oxford Street.

Those close to the issue noted that Forever 21 is “consider all options” for its UK stores such as downsizing or leaving the UK completely.

This year, the retailer closed its store in Westfield, Stratford in May and its Scottish flagship in Glasgow in April. It also pulled out of its store at Intu Trafford Centre last year.

Forever 21 came to the UK from the US in 2010, but has not performed as well as expected.

The retailer is yet to comment on its UK plans.
