London-based designer Molly Goddard has expanded her fashion business by added an ecommerce section on her website.

This marks the first time Goddard – whose eponymous brand is only stocked in select specialty stores in London, Los Angeles and some Nordstrom department store locations around the US – has offered her collection directly to customers online.

Goddard said decided to trade her clothes online so her brand could reach a broader audience and to offer a more seamless experience for consumers.

“We wanted to wait to sell online so that people could begin to see and touch the clothes first,” she told WWD.
