The Sovereign Shopping Centre in Weston-Super-Mare has added three more major retailers to its portfolio.
JD Sports, Yours and Socialites have all signed leases on the up-and-coming shopping centre which has seen 20 new leasing transactions since the scheme was acquired two years ago by Vixcroft.
Sportswear retailer JD Sports has signed a 10-year lease at £60,000 rent per year on a store spanning 4693sq ft. Having previously occupied a 1600sq ft store at the centre, this promises to more than double the retailers presence.

Plus-size women‘s fashion chain Yours has also taken a five-year lease on a 2227sq ft property, alongside e-cigarette retailer Socialites which also took a five-year lease at Sovereign.
Meanwhile neighbors at the centre Card Factory, Bon Marche and Blue Inc. have all extended their commitment to the property until 2021.
