Online and mail order retailer Joe Browns has confirmed it will open its first bricks-and-mortar store on Thursday, November 2.
Located at Sheffield’s Meadowhall shopping centre, plans for the 4000sq ft store was first announced in June and came about after the fashion brand reported a rise of more than 30 per cent in direct sales during its most recent fiscal year.
The new store will stock a range of clothes and accessories for men and women.
“Despite online retail booming and many high streets unfortunately struggling, the time is right for us now to take this new opportunity,” Joe Browns founder and managing director Simon Brown said.
“We’re very much looking forward to capturing the essence of our fun and liberating lifestyle brand and bringing it to life in our first shop.”
The new store will coincide with the completion of Meadowhall’s £60 million refurbishment scheme.
