// The category will include 26 brands & 500 items

Net-a-Porter has introduced a new sustainable products category on its website as the demand for sustainability grows.

Net Sustain features curated ethical products from across the luxury fashion etailer, including 26 brands and 500 items.

The company is taking a cautious approach to sustainability and aims to join other brands in reducing waste in the supply chain.

Sustainable products on the website are badged to distinguish them from other products.

”Our aim is to give a voice to the brands that are truly making positive changes by providing them with a platform to highlight their best practice,” Net-a-Porter global buying director, Elizabeth von der Goltz, said.

“Our sustainable edit provides our customers with the knowledge they need, understanding that they can trust that these brands have been carefully reviewed and meet our criteria for inclusion.”
