Frasers Group is reportedly considering placing a bid for fashion marketplace SilkFred.
The move comes after SilkFred entered administration in October, appointing advisory firm Quantuma as its administrators.
Frasers Group is believed to be the biggest fashion retail business to circle SilkFred, Drapers reported.
The online marketplace has reportedly also attracted interest from one London-based high street womenswear brand and one off-price retailer, sources told the publication.
Retail Gazette has contacted Frasers Group for comment.
Last week, Frasers Group snapped up Swindon Designer Outlet, as the business continued to grow its physical retail portfolio.
In October, the retail empire also acquired a majority stake in luxury US fashion house The Webster.
