AllSaints rolls out AI app connecting 2,300 staff globally

AllSaints has partnered with an AI-powered employee platform in a bid to improve communication and engagement across its global workforce.

The company, which operates 281 stores worldwide, has rolled out Thrive’s branded mobile app across its stores, studios and distribution centres in the UK, US, Europe and Asia.

The platform will be used by more than 2,300 AllSaints Group employees, including staff at its US luxury menswear brand John Varvatos.

Thrive’s app gives frontline teams instant access to company updates, operational communications, leadership messages and wider employee content, wherever they are working.

The rollout was completed in under six weeks, as AllSaints moved from its previous supplier with ‘minimal disruption to staff and operations’.

AllSaints said the new platform would help create a single digital experience for its workforce, with a particular focus on improving communications for retail colleagues and other deskless teams.

Group chief people officer Alex Didymiotis said: “Meaningful communication and connection with our teams globally are critically important to our brands.

“We have colleagues working across stores, distribution centres and studios, often thousands of miles and multiple time zones apart. We needed a platform that could deliver an engaging, accessible and consistent experience for all teams globally, particularly our deskless workforce, while also being easy and intuitive to use.

“Thrive not only understood the complexity of that ambition but embraced it with clarity and expertise. Their technology, combined with a deep understanding of our values and goals, enabled a seamless transformation.

“From the very beginning, Thrive felt less like a partner and more like an extension of our own team, aligned with our belief in moving faster, thinking bolder and building smarter. Their commitment and shared passion made them the ideal partner to bring our vision to life.”

Thrive currently works with more than 500 brands globally, including Vodafone, British Airways, ASOS, Aston Martin F1 and Krispy Kreme.

It was named by the Financial Times as one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies this year, as well as appearing in The Sunday Times’ ranking of the UK’s fastest-growing technology businesses for 2025.
