Mercedes AMG-PETRONAS F1 Team and adidas have unveiled a limited edition capsule collection ahead of the Singapore Grand Prix later this month.

The collection is designed to bring the “vibrant spirit” of Singapore alive, and is inspired by the Vanda Miss Joaquim orchid – the national flower of the city state.

It is available online and selected retail locations worldwide including the adidas flagship store in London.

The campaign for the collection is fronted by Mercedes drivers George Russell and Kimi Antonelli.

Michael Batz, motorsport category GM at adidas, said: “The Singapore Grand Prix presents one of the most challenging environments in global sport, making it the perfect stage to highlight the performance benefits of CLIMACOOL and CLIMAPROOF technology.

“At the same time, we wanted to create a collection that felt deeply connected to Singapore itself. The Vanda Bloom Collection celebrates a symbol that is uniquely Singaporean, combining local storytelling with lightweight performance apparel designed for athletes and fans alike.”

The collection features drivers caps, shorts, tees, fanwear apparel and accessories, which were designed with the Singapore humidity in mind. It uses CLIMACOOL and CLIMAPROOF technology in certain pieces such as the drivers jersey and footwear.

Richard Sanders, chief commercial officer at Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team, said: “Our race-specific collections are an opportunity to connect more deeply with the communities that welcome Formula One each season.

“The Vanda Bloom Collection pays tribute to Singapore through one of its most iconic national symbols while reflecting the innovation and engineering excellence that both Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team and Singapore are known for. We’re excited to see the team and our fans bring this story to life throughout race weekend.”

This comes as the retailer also launched its first ever collaboration with KPop star JENNIE.
