Oak Furnitureland has opened a new showroom at Northampton’s Riverside Retail Park.
The 12,500 sq ft showroom, which launched on 24 October, showcases the furniture retailer’s expanding “whole home” proposition. This features fully styled room sets “to help customers visualise looks across living, dining, bedroom and home office spaces”.
To celebrate the opening, the first 100 visitors to the showroom received a goodie bag with treats to take home.
Customers were also among the first to try the business’s new Santorini sofa range, which launched over the weekend.
Additionally, shoppers were able to try out Oak Furnitureland’s new cassius cineluxe sofa, complete with built-in speakers, a console panel, heated and vibrating seats, and cup coolers.

The launch has created seven local jobs, including roles across sales, showroom management and customer support.

“We’re excited to open our doors and help shoppers in Northampton to do just that this week.
“We’ve got a brilliant opening weekend planned, with goodie bags for our first 100 visitors and the chance to try out our brand-new Santorini sofa range.
