Foot Locker CFO to step down in executive team shake-up

// Foot Locker has said its chief financial officer will be leaving the business and also confirmed a number of changes within its leadership team
// The footwear and sportswear retailer has appointed Elliott Rodgers as its new executive vice president and chief operating officer

Foot Locker has unveiled a number of changes to its top team, including the departure of its chief financial officer and the appointment of a new chief operating officer.

The sportswear retailer said the senior team revamp will support growth and operational efficiency.

Andrew Page will be stepping down as chief financial officer to pursue other opportunities following the company’s fourth-quarter results announcement.

In addition, Frank Bracken has been named as executive vice president and chief commercial officer after working with the business for 12 years, with a search for a successor now underway.

In a further appointment, Elliott Rodgers will join the business as executive vice president and chief operations officer. He was previously an executive at Ulta Beauty where he served in various senior roles.

Meanwhile Rosalind Reeves, Foot Locker’s vice president of talent, diversity and organisation capability, is being promoted to the role of executive vice president and chief human resources officer. In her new position, she will succeed Elizabeth Norberg who will step down on 1 December.

Finally, Robert Higginbotham, vice president, investor relations, has been promoted to the role of senior vice president, investor relations and financial planning and analysis.
