Marks & Spencer will open its brand-new store at Cabot Circus in Bristol city centre on 13 November.

The 80,000 sq ft full-line store will offer M&S Food, Fashion, Home & Beauty across three floors.

The opening at Cabot Circus is expected to create over 100 new local jobs, with recruitment launched last month and vacancies still available via M&S Careers across the Coffee Shop, visual merchandising, customer service and warehouse operations.

Customers can look forward to a 17,000 sq ft fresh market-style foodhall, with in-store bakery, fresh market specials from M&S Select Farms (over 1,200 are based in the South West) and wide range of M&S sandwiches, salads and wraps, said the business.

“A 200-seater M&S Coffee Shop will deliver speedy service and a delicious range of freshly cooked breakfast rolls, toasties, wraps and sandwiches, alongside barista-made coffee, using M&S’ iconic Roast & Ritual fairtrade house blend, and iced drinks.”

Customers will also find one of M&S’ biggest beauty sections across the UK, with a wide selection of M&S ranges and third-party brands, including Clinique and Estée Lauder. Customers can also browse the latest Autumn/Winter Autograph collections.

M&S’ Bristol Cabot Circus is one of sixteen M&S stores opening across the UK this financial year, including Bath Southgate, as part of a £300m investment.

Ali Ivery, regional manager at M&S, said: “Since we announced our return to Bristol last summer, the excitement has been growing and we cannot wait to open the doors.

“There’s still time to join the team, so visit M&S Careers, follow our store Facebook page for the latest updates and we look forward to seeing you on the 13 November.”

Cabot Circus is owned and managed by Hammerson and Toby Tait, director asset management at Hammerson, said: “We are thrilled the date is now set for M&S to launch its latest full-line offer in the heart of Bristol at Cabot Circus.

“We know there’s sky-high customer demand for M&S and we’re expecting a bumper festive period.”
