Whole Foods Market is opening a new Notting Hill Gate store tomorrow (14 May) as part of its wider London store expansion.
The grocer will open the doors to its third new London store, marking the halfway point in its latest expansion plans.
The store, which is based at 66-74 Notting Hill Gate and spans 7,200 sq ft, will offer “a wide variety of high-quality natural and organic products” alongside “fresh, ready-to-eat meals and everyday essentials,” according to the retailer.
It will sell a series of exclusive products, including a selection of juices, alcoholic beverages and flower bouquets.
Additionally, it will offer a range of fresh produce, bakery items, prepared foods, grocery essentials, hot food offerings and self-serve coffee, with an emphasis on fast, high-quality lunch choices and convenient grab-and-go meals.
The Notting Hill Gate store will also feature a new discovery zone, which will be used to “call out new and challenger brands which are trend-forward and note-worthy”.
To mark the opening, juice brand Daily Dose will be sampling its juice shots to shoppers in the store’s queue.
The shop’s first 200 customers will also receive tote bags and a £5 voucher to spend in store.
Whole Foods Market Notting Hill Gate store team leader Maryam Bayat Shahbazi said: “Notting Hill Gate is a vibrant, eclectic, and highly diverse community, full of character and creativity.
“It was very important for us to reflect that in the store.
“From the selection of products to the overall atmosphere, we’ve aimed to create a space that feels relevant, welcoming, and connected to local life.
“Our goal is to be a place where people can shop, discover, and feel a sense of belonging – a store that feels like it’s part of the fabric of Notting Hill Gate.”
