// The retailer had been offering click & collect since shutting stores due to the coronavirus lockdown
Homebase has reopened 20 stores since shutting all of its stores in March due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Despite closing stores, the DIY retailer still offered a click-and-collect service which caused disruption for customers due to high demand.
The retailer opened 20 stores on Saturday and said it would open more stores if the trial proves a success.

“With the safety of our customers and teams as our first priority, we took the decision to temporarily close our stores and operate online only,” Homebase chief executive Damian McGloughlin said.
“We have taken this time to carefully review and make a large number of changes to our operations in preparation for a safe, phased reopening, in line with government guidance on social distancing.
“And that means the doors can now reopen.
“We will be trialling the opening of 20 stores, with strict controls in place to ensure shopping is safe for everyone.
“Our remaining stores in the UK will continue to offer a collection and counter service.”

How do I contact someone to ask about a order that I have been waiting for nearly 4 weeks for
Please do a piece on how Homebase have let down hundreds if not thousands of customers who have ordered online and received nothing and can’t even get a refund or a response from customer services.
