Carpetright has been under the ownership of Nestware, a Meditor subsidiary, for just over a year.

The firm took control of the flooring retailer after agreeing to acquire it for about £15.2 million, or 5 pence per share, in a deal that took Carpetright private.

Prior to Nestware’s takeover, Carpetright had traded on the stock market for 26 years.
