Tesco have launched a new initiative in which four children under ten will man its customer service hotlines for four hours.

Following a survey in which 66 per cent of parents claimed they had no idea which toys to buy their children this year, Tesco have decided to let children give adults advice on the matter.

On Saturday November 5, from 10 am the Toy Tester Hotline will be manned by five-year-old Beau Culleton, six-year-old Kai Sneddon, Scarlett Lobb aged seven and Hudson Lobb aged nine.
