A shake-up of Jaeger‘s management team has seen the departure of three seniors, according to a report from Drapers.

Trading director Gwynn Milligan, product director Liza Canneford-Webb and chief information officer Cathy McCabe are all set to depart the high-end fashion retailer.

Drapers reported that the three women would not be directly replaced, with creative director Sheila McKain-Waid taking on responsibility for the design of stores and product supply, supported by the design and product teams.

Meanwhile, there is speculation that Milligan‘s trading responsibilities would be absorbed by chief financial officer Ken Pratt, who joined Jaeger in July.

The overhaul of the management structure is thought to allow Jaeger to dedicate more resources towards improving its stores and product.
