The Lexicon Bracknell, the new £240 million retail development in Berkshire, has signed three new retailers ahead of its opening in September.
Boots confirmed it will open a two-storey 19,000sq ft flagship at the centre, with a focus on its beauty offering.
Joining Boots will be UK footwear specialist Office, which signed a lease on a 4803sq ft space, while The Entertainer will open a 5564sq ft store nearby.
With the confirmation of these new tenants 75.6 per cent of the floor space is either pre-let or in solicitors hands, leaving 64,000sq ft of the centre’s 580,000sq ft space in negotiations.

“These three new signings will further boost The Lexicon‘s impressive retail line up,” Legal & General retail leasing manager Richard Poyser said.
“The introduction of these new brands will help to transform the town centre, creating an exciting new shopping and leisure destination for the region.”
Boots‘ Bracknell area manager Navi Hyare added: “We know that our customers love exciting new brands, particularly in beauty, so we‘re delighted to be opening this brand new store with one of our best ranges of premium cosmetics.”
