Waterside Lincoln signs Topshop flagship

Lincoln’s Waterside Shopping Centre is set to see Topman and Topshop move into a new regional flagship as it pushes to get the “biggest and best names in fashion”.

The new 11,300sq ft store will sit alongside Next, H&M and New Look in the growing centre in Lincoln, and will see the Arcadia-owned retailer vacate a smaller store, to be replaced by Vision Express in Spring.

Waterside’s owners have recently launched a multi-million-pound improvement programme pushing for new retailers and installing enhancements to the High Street passageway.

“We are committed to making the Waterside Centre the home of the biggest and best names in fashion,” Watersides asset manager’s Mark Williams said.

“The arrival of Topman alongside Topshop, H&M, Next and New Look is fantastic news for Lincoln. 2018 is going to be an exciting year for the centre as we embark on a significant investment programme.”
