Stradivarius makes Welsh debut

Stradivarius has made its debut in Wales with the opening of a brand new store at Cardiff’s St David’s shopping centre over Easter weekend.

The 5200sq ft store is situated on the Upper Grand Arcade, and stocks clothing, footwear and accessories for women.

Stradivarius joins a string of retailers that have opened at St David’s in the last 12 months, including CK Underwear, Oliver Bonas and Lovisa.

This latest opening also follows Kurt Geiger’s recent relocation within the centre and Superdry’s renovation that led to brand’s first dedicated Superdry Sport entrance in the UK.

Stradivarius was established in 1994 and has since opened its doors in over 60 countries around the globe.

It is owned by Inditex, the same parent company of global fashion giant Zara.

Meanwhile, St David’s is owned by The St David’s Partnership, and JLL and Cushman & Wakefield advised the firm on the new store opening. Stradivarius dealt direct.
