Farfetch hires new creative brand director

Farfetch has hired Ronojoy Dam to take on the newly-created role of creative brand director as part of the online retailer’s push to market itself globally.

In what will be his first role in the retail sector, Dam will report to chief marketing officer John Veichmanis.

Prior to joining Farfetch, Dam mostly worked in media agencies.

His last position was Dazed Media’s group creative director, where he worked closely with founder Jefferson Hack to develop progressive ideas for a modern luxury audience across the media group’s special projects and brand partnerships, spanning fashion campaigns, editorial platforms, digital innovation, entertainment experiences and cultural partnerships.

Dam has also held several hybrid strategic and creative roles throughout his career, including strategy at advertising agency BBH and as Vice Media’s first UK creative director.
