TK Maxx has announced plans to open a two-storey 26,5000sq ft store in Braccan Walk at the The Lexicon shopping precinct in Bracknell.

The new store, which is due to open in spring 2019, will join footwear giant Deichmann, which has also confirmed its move to Braccan Walk.

Deichmann’s new shop is expected to open before Christmas.

“We are delighted to welcome these new signings to The Lexicon,” said Harry Pickering, investment manager at Schroders, on behalf of Bracknell Regeneration Partnership.

“Interest in the new town centre remains buoyant and we hope to announce more signings in the coming months.

“We continue to strive towards the best combination of retailers for those who visit the centre, and are working closely with tenants to ensure that we can offer the best visitor experience. We look forward to another exciting year at The Lexicon.”
