Harrods has announced a partnership with Farfetch Black & White Solutions to offer a new and improved global ecommerce platform.
The world-renowned department store selected Farfetch as its exclusive partner, and plans to create a contemporary online platform for customers as well as benefit from the use of Farfetch’s ecommerce management, operations support, international logistics support, and technical support.
Farfetch Black & White creates multichannel ecommerce platforms that gives retailers the opportunity to interact with their consumers, as well as allowing them to focus on their creativity.
“Achieving the highest level of customer service in a digital world can be difficult, which is why Harrods has chosen to partner with Farfetch Black & White Solutions,” Farfetch chief executive José Neves said.
