TM Lewin has reportedly appointed the former chief executive of N Brown to the position of chair.
According to her LinkedIn profile, Angela Luger (née Spindler) has been in the position since last month.
She had previously been chief executive of the N Brown Group for just over five years, resigning in November last year.
Prior to that, she was chief executive of The Original Factory Shop for four and a half years.
She has also held senior roles with Debenhams and Asda.
