// Loaf appoints Anne Blixen-Finecke as its new chief financial officer
// She will be moving from Debenhams, where she is currently commercial financial director
// Blixen-Finecke has also previously had senior finance stints with M&S and Tesco
Loaf has raided Debenhams’ senior ranks to hire Anne Blixen-Finecke to become its chief financial officer.
Blixen-Finecke has been with Debenhams since 2016, currently in the position of commercial financial director.
She had played a vital role in the department store’s financial partnering function as well as overseeing its commercial and operational business divisions.

Before Debenhams, Blixen-Finecke had senior finance management roles with Marks & Spencer and Tesco.
Loaf said that in her new role, Blixen-Finecke would be responsible for “all aspects of finance, IT and compliance”.
The furniture retailer added that she would “play an active role in shaping their long-term growth strategy as the company embarks on ambitious plans to double sales and profits over the next five years”.
Loaf founder and chief executive Charlie Marshall said: “[Anne is] a terrific talent with a superb track record and a wealth of experience.
“Anne was a crucial hire as we look to take Loaf to the next level, and I have no doubt she’ll achieve great things here.”
