Kettenbach has not revealed her plans following her exit from Hugo Boss, but said she will “remain connected to Hugo Boss”.

Meanwhile, Westermann has over more than 12 years of experience in different areas of corporate communications at Hugo Boss.

She will report to newly-promoted senior head of investor relations and corporate communications of parent company Hugo Boss AG, Christian Stöhr.

“I am pleased that with Carolin Westermann, we can appoint an excellent internal candidate to the position of head of corporate communications,” managing board spokesperson Yves Müller said.

“She draws on long Hugo Boss experience and brings outstanding expertise in the area of Corporate Communications”.
