Asos has announces plans to invest £90 million in a new state-of-the-art fulfilment centre in Lichfield, which will employ 2000 people in the next three years.

The AEW and Allianz Real Estate joint venture warehouse will span 437,000sq ft, and will be situated at Fradley Park within 12 months.

Asos said this would allow for a gradual ramp up with testing to meet the capacity required for peak trade in 2023.
