Inc Retail said it will announce new schemes and acquisitions in the coming months.

Perman served at Intu from May 2017 to November 2020.

“Ben will be integral to the vision and future of Inc retail and the strategic direction for both Knomo and Chop’d,” Inc Retail managing director Dan Shaw said.

“Inc Retail has big plans for the high street, and Ben is the right person to help create our vision of ‘redefining retail’, which will see more acquisitions and schemes launched in 2021.

“Our vision is clear, we will redefine what retails means to consumers and our two new brands, KNOMO & chop’d. We have a lot of work to do, but we have the right people and brands to now make this vision happen”.

Group chief executive of parent company Inc & Co, Jack Mason said: “With Dan and Ben, we have the foundations for an experienced leadership team, who between them have a history of delivering successful projects across the globe. I’m looking forwarding to seeing Inc Retail’s vision of redefining retail come to life.”
