// A new Flannels store has opened in Hertfordshire
// Spanning 15,000 square feet, the store is located in Brookfield Retail Park
Frasers Group plc has opened the doors to its latest Flannels store in Hertfordshire as the luxury retailer continues with the commitment to investing in new physical locations throughout the UK.
Situated in Brookfield Retail Park, the 15,000 sq ft. site will house two floors of curated men’s, women’s and junior luxury designer clothing and accessories from some of the biggest luxury names in fashion, including Alexander McQueen, Balenciaga, Burberry, Off White and Versace.
Frasers Group head of luxury retail development Lauren Barrie said: “Continuing the momentum from the opening of our flagship stores earlier this year, we’re really proud to open our next Regional boutique in the heart of Hertfordshire.

“As we continue to expand and develop our vision, the store brings to life the FLANNELS brand in a physical space – providing an engaging shopping destination, with the biggest brands in luxury fashion and contemporary streetwear all under one roof.”
Frasers Group head of property James France said: “Since purchasing Brookfield Retail Park in 2019, we have invested significantly with the aim to breathe new life into the shopping destination, to offer a modern, aspirational shopping experience to the local customer.
“With the latest opening, Flannels brings a world-class luxury shopping experience to the retail park, with further plans from the group happening across the estate, which will come into effect in early 2022.”
With this latest opening, Flannels now has a portfolio of over 55 stores across the UK.
The opening follows the launch of regional flagship stores in Sheffield and Leicester, further cementing the retailer’s vision and ongoing commitment to bricks and mortar retail.
