Ted Baker’s chief customer officer Jason Beckley and global head of creative Anthony Cuthbertson have left the business.

The departures follow a string of senior exits since it was acquired by Authentic Brands Group in October 20222.

Chief information officer Leon Shepherd and general counsel Rishi Sharma have stepped down in recent weeks.

Beckley joined the high-street retailer last January and took responsibility for strategy across the marketing, customer and digital teams.

He was previously at Esprit, where he held the role of interim chief marketing officer, prior to that he was chief brand officer at Clarks.

He has also held senior customer and marketing roles at brands including Ralph Lauren and Alfred Dunhill.

Authentic, which owns Reebok, Forever 21 and Juicy Couture, completed the acquisition of Ted Baker in October 2022 for £211 million and is now understood to be looking at the wider future of the brand positioning within the retail space.

At the start of the year, it was reported that the retailer was conducting a strategic review of its head office staff, putting 30 roles across departments, including sales and merchandising, at risk.
