THG Ingenuity partners with PwC to bolster digital commerce

THG’s commerce division, Ingenuity, has partnered with PwC to help brands transform their ecommerce operations.

The partnership will support businesses across multiple sectors with the design, build and customer experiences of its online offering.

The group said the collaboration, which spans technology and digital services, “enables customers to accelerate brand growth through digital transformation”.

Ingenuity will provide the technology and ecommerce operations while PwC will lead on strategy, research and web store design.

Ingenuity chief executive Vivek Ganotra said: “We are delighted to form a strategic alliance with PwC that helps brands create engaging and relevant commerce experiences.

Earlier this year, THG signed a 10-year deal with online beauty retailer Maximo Group to re-platform its allbeauty.com and fragrancedirect.co.uk sites to the Ingenuity platform.
