PrettyLittleThing to collaborate with Naomi Campbell

PrettyLittleThing will launch a collaboration with supermodel Naomi Campbell.

The fast fashion giant announced the tie-up on Instagram this weekend, posting a reel of a co-branded director’s chair.

The post suggests that Campbell will design a collection for the business which is set to arrive “soon”.

The collaboration will be the British fashion icon’s first venture following the birth of her second child this year.

The upcoming partnership has come as a surprise to some consumers.

Campbell runs a Fashion for Relief foundation dedicated to raising funds for environmental and humanitarian efforts. In contrast, PrettyLittleThing has become famous for its trend-led fast fashion pieces targeted towards young women aged 16 to 24 year olds on a budget.

“Naomi Campbell x PLT is the most disappointing collab to come out in recent times….I have no words,” wrote on Twitter user.
