Mango is set to open 20 new stores across the UK this year, expanding its presence to over 90 locations.

The move is part of the Spanish fashion giant’s strategic growth plan for 2024-2026, which aims to drive sales through a major expansion of its physical stores and a broader growth across all channels.

Among the planned openings are six stores in London, including a new flagship on Oxford Street and locations on Kensington High Street and Long Acre, Covent Garden.

The retailer, which opened more than 20 stores last year, will also expand into central England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, and Wales, with new shops in Birmingham, Glasgow, Dundee, Aberdeen, Belfast, Craigavon, and Cardiff.

“The UK is one of the priority markets for Mango’s international growth. Our 2025 expansion plan follows the store openings success in 2024 … getting even closer to our customers with stores in which we can offer them the Mango experience,” said Mango director of expansion and franchising Daniel López.

The brand currently operates over 70 UK stores and has a global footprint that includes locations in France, Turkey, Germany, and the US.

Mango has enjoyed a boom in sales in recent months and attributed its performance to the positive reception of its value proposition and clothing ranges, including its capsule collections with Victoria Beckham and Italian designer Boglioli.
