Ocado has appointed Cathy Graham to its board as an independent non-executive director, effective 1 February 2026.
Graham was CFO of Darktrace from 2020 to 2025 and previously spent seven years at tech partnership business 2U.
The former cybersecurity boss, who will also join the People Committee and Audit Committee, brings financial and operational experience from high-growth technology firms in the UK and US, including significant work on major tech and R&D investment programmes.
Chairman Adam Warby said Graham will add “valuable technology and finance perspective” at a pivotal moment for the group.
CEO Tim Steiner said: “Cathy is a great addition to our Board. Having evolved from a UK online grocer to a global technology business powering retailers and entering new sectors, we welcome Cathy. Her extensive experience leading high-growth technology companies will be a valuable asset to our Board and leadership team at this crucial time.”
Graham added: “I am delighted to be joining the Ocado Board, having long been a huge admirer of the company. Ocado is a genuine technology pioneer, having successfully developed and applied solutions to solve some of the most complex supply chain challenges in the grocery and logistics sectors.
“I look forward to working with the leadership team and the rest of the Board during this exciting period.”
