Suit Direct has unveiled a limited-edition Ted Baker collection, of six new looks, inspired by the Netflix show The Gentlemen.

Available online at Suit Direct and a pop-up inside Selfridges, Oxford Street, the range is influenced by country estates and British style.

The pop-up houses the Ted Baker collection, alongside Champions sportswear line, which draws inspiration from The Gentlemen’s underground boxing ring.

Nicola Barker, head of buying at Suit Direct, said: “I’m really proud of what we’ve created. We wanted to capture the British, aristocratic sensibility you see in The Gentlemen and give it the wit and attention to detail Ted Baker is known for.”

She added: “I love how the tailoring pieces reflect everything The Gentlemen stands for. Refined looks, with those unexpected hidden details. My personal favourite being our Cognac Tweed Double Breasted suit.  The capsule feels very true to the series, and it’s exciting to see it launch online at Suit Direct and in Selfridges.”

The collection utilises earthy tones and jewel shades to create an autumnal feel and features heritage patterns and textured fabrics. It uses traditional English tailoring that has been “updated” with details from the series such as wide peak lapels, moleskin and corduroy trims and double breasted fronts.

The lining on the inside of the jackets has an exclusive print, using motifs such as tigers, boxing gloves and a family crest.
