TM Lewin is reportedly on the verge of administration as it considers lining up advisers to handle the process.

Lenders to the company are on the verge of appointing Interpath Advisory to handle an insolvency process.

TM Lewin was bought by Torque Brands in May 2020 and is close to collapsing into administration for the second time in less than two years.

Torque Capital had been unable to meet a recent demand for funding, Sky News reported.

Administrators could be appointed as early as this week.

TM Lewin shuttered all 66 of its physical stores as part of its last insolvency process, resulting in the loss of hundreds of jobs.
