Temperley London has appointed Morgaine McGee as chief executive and Jack Isenberg as design director.
The leadership overhaul follows the departure of founder and creative director Alice Temperley, who stepped away from the business earlier this month after more than 25 years.
McGee brings more than two decades of international fashion experience spanning design, product development, production and operations.
She previously served as co-chief executive of fashion consultancy The Vertical Collective and as managing director of accessories business Signal Brands.
McGee said the appointments marked “an exciting new chapter” for Temperley London, adding that the business would introduce a fresh perspective while preserving its British heritage and focus on craftsmanship.
Isenberg joins the brand after most recently serving as head designer at Tom Ford.
The Central Saint Martins graduate began his career at Valentino and has held senior creative positions at Giambattista Valli, Versace and Nina Ricci. He has also worked as head designer at Ralph & Russo and design director at Jenny Packham.
Isenberg said he was attracted to Temperley London by its commitment to craft, embroidery and finishing, and would continue working with the brand’s existing team to maintain its quality and design heritage.
The duo will present Temperley London’s first collection under the new leadership structure in September.
Alice Temperley founded her namesake brand in 2000 and developed it into an internationally recognised luxury label known for occasionwear, detailed embroidery and a bohemian British aesthetic.
Her departure comes almost three years after Dubai-based Times Square Group and investment arm Luxutte Capital acquired a majority stake in the business in November 2023.
