Marks & Spencer has boosted its fashion offering on Amazon to include the Netherlands, following successful roll outs in France, Germany, Spain and Italy.

As the high street giant accelerates its new channel growth ambitions, and looks to build trust as a global brand, Dutch customers can now shop at the M&S Brand Store (Amazon.nl)

M&S Fashion has been available in the Netherlands since 2022, through marketplace channels including Zalando. In the past six months, M&S has seen growth in demand in this market, with sales up 46 per cent. Making the Netherlands the second-best performing country for marketplace sales.

Mark Lemming, managing director of international at M&S, commented: “Our partnership with Amazon continues to grow with momentum. As we continue to accelerate our new channel growth, we’re delighted to respond to demand from customers in the Netherlands and expand our product offer in the market, bringing the exceptional quality and value of M&S fashion to more people.”

The M&S Brand Store offers a curated range of over 1,000 products across womenswear, menswear and kidswear, available for customers to shop on Amazon.nl.

Bestselling items in France, Germany, Spain and Italy have included products across womenswear denim, baby essentials and bras.

M&S is able to utilise Amazon’s local fulfilment network and improve the customer shopping experience with next day delivery available to customers – and free for Amazon Prime members.

Eva Faict, country manager at Amazon.nl, added: “We’re excited to bring another much-loved global brand to Amazon in the Netherlands, helping us offer customers even greater selection. With over 1,000 items across popular categories including womenswear, menswear, and kidswear, customers can now shop M&S fashion with the convenience and fast delivery they expect from Amazon.”
