Dobbies has signed a deal which will see it open a new Little Dobbies store in London’s Richmond.
The store will become the fifth under the Little Dobbies brand, and the fourth acquired by Savills, with Dobbies launching the new concept in Edinburgh last year.
The garden retailer has agreed a new 10-year lease for the 2700sq ft store, located at the former Topshop store in the centre of Richmond.

The Little Dobbies brand brings smaller format gardening stores to urban towns and cities.
Real estate advisor Savills has been appointed to continue the roll out of the Little Dobbies brand across the UK, targeting sites of approximately 2000sq ft in prime high street and town centre locations.
“The Little Dobbies concept continues to prove successful and its latest store in Richmond is the perfect next step for the brand,” Savills retail director, Cameron Bell said.
“The store will be located in a highly desirable retail pitch, at the centre of a prime suburban town, and the change of use for the site from fashion to lifestyle, reflects the trends we’re seeing within the wider market.”
