A new website promising to bring consumers the best of the British high street while enjoying the convenience of online shopping has launched, it has been announced.

Atterley Road, founded by ex-Jigsaw designer Katie Starmer-Smith, will offer hand-picked garments from designers including Whistles, Petit Bateau and Farhi by Nicole Farhi.

Offering unique designs at affordable prices, the site seeks to appeal to working women who are looking for a one-stop-shop to find their preferred designers collections rather than be overwhelming by the wealth of choice on the high street.

Customer service is a primary focus for the e-tailer, which will have a team on hand to offer advice as well as providing an interactive social experience allowing users to share and shop with friends.

Multiple delivery options will be available to work around busy lifestyles and the site prides itself on being easy to navigate.

Commenting on the opening, a spokesperson said: “2012 sees a world in which there is a phenomenal amount of choice both on the high street and online.

“The shopping-savvy woman of today craves a trustworthy and reliable destination where her favourite brands are brought together in a concise and personal online shopping experience. Atterley Road will be this place.”
