Harrods has launched a new Toy Concierge service in time for Christmas, providing customers with the department store‘s famous expert buyer help.

Shoppers will take part in a pre-consultation with one of the Toy Concierge team where they can discuss things like the age of the child, their favorite hobbies, interests and characters.

After a Harrods expert has collated a list of items based on the child‘s interests, the shopper will meet the concierge at the entrance to the department store‘s Toy Kingdom.

They will then be guided around the four rooms stocking over 60,000 toys and see which items the child likes best.

The heritage department store offers a giftwrapping and shipping service, delivering items on any specific day anywhere in the world, or customers can choose to take their item home immediately.

“We‘re very excited to be unveiling our new Toy Concierge service at Harrods, which has been introduced just in time for Christmas,” head of furniture and toy buying Stewart Mancey said.

“The service has no minimum spend and we believe it is the perfect solution for busy shoppers looking to wrap up children‘s gifting dilemmas.”
